The challenge with eating healthy is that most times you have to cook a little bit more than you normally would. One of the best ways to get a good dose of Omega-3 is to have a piece of fish. Omega 3 fats are so important for a healthy diet, but unfortunately it’s also a fat that most people are deficient in.
